In a bowl, mix your meat with carrots, onions, chives, pepper, salt, paprika and yogurt. After that, make balls with the formed dough and reserve them;

To make the sauce, heat the oil in a pan to sauté the onion and garlic. Done that, add the paprika, salt, basil and wait for these ingredients to wither;

Add the grated tomato and mix. Lower the heat, place the meatballs that had been reserved and, if necessary, add a little water;
