Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted margarine melted in 360 ml of warm milk;
  • 1 spoon (dessert) of salt;
  • 1 tablespoon (soup) of dry yeast;
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) oat flour;
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour;
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) flaxseed flour.

Method of preparation:

Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the eggs. Gradually, while you knead, until the dough no longer sticks to your hands, add the melted margarine to the milk.

Step 2: Cover the dough with a cloth and then let the dough rise for just 30 minutes.

Step 3: Shape the bread dough and place them in a greased and floured baking dish. cover again and let rest for another 15 minutes.

Step 4: Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180ºC and then bake for about 40 minutes, until golden.

Very simple, isn't it? Now just wait for it to cool down, then serve yourself.

Flaxseed Bread for Weight Loss – Low Carb Bread With Golden Flaxseed Flour

  • ½ cup of water (120 milliliters);
  • 2 cups of golden linseed flour;
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • seeds for sprinkling (optional);
  • 5 egg whites;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Method of preparation

Step 1: Mix all the dry ingredients (linseed, baking powder and salt) in a bowl.

Step 2: In another bowl, or even in a blender, beat the eggs with the egg whites until foamy. Add the oil and water and beat again.

Step 3: Then add the previous ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix very well until you get a very thick dough. Place in a greased and floured mold, sprinkle some seeds if you want, and place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 4: When you have finished baking your low carb bread with golden flaxseed flour, unmold it on a grill and let it cool completely before cutting, otherwise it will crumble.

Tips About This Recipe

The use of golden flaxseed is more advantageous, since it has more omega 3 and also 6, compared to brown flaxseed flour.

In place of conventional oil, you can use sunflower oil, coconut oil, linseed oil or even olive oil, which in turn are very rich in several other properties.
