Ingredients:

  • 2 chopped green peppers;
  • 1 turnip;
  • 2 whole bunches of chives;
  • 1 eggplant;
  • 1 large cabbage;
  • 2 diced tomatoes in pieces;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 3 chopped onions;
  • 1 bunch of celery;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • salt to taste;
  • kingdom pepper to taste;
  • curry to taste;
  • 2 cups of chopped pod tea;
  • parsley to taste.

Method of preparation

Wash all the vegetables and greens well, cut them into smaller pieces and then cook them in a large pot.

In the pan, also add all the water, salt, pepper and curry, or something else with which you prefer to season it.

Leave it in the fire until everything is very soft.

Later, when it cools down a little, take the vegetables to the blender.

Return everything to the pan again, adjust the seasoning and then wait for it to boil.

Dry belly soup- Recipe – Pumpkin soup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Japanese pumpkin;
  • 1 1/2 l of water;
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves;
  • 5 cm of chopped unpeeled ginger;
  • 1 chopped onion;
  • 3 stalks of lemongrass;
  • olive oil to taste.

Method of preparation

In running water, wash the pumpkin well.

In a pan put 2 cups of water, the pumpkin and then take it to cook in medium fire for 10 minutes.

While the squash is cooking, peel and slice the ginger. Peel the garlic and onion. And also, cut the onion into 4 parts.

Transfer the pre-cooked pumpkin from the pan to the board and, using a vegetable peeler, remove the skin.

Cut it into cubes and put it back in the pan with water.

But in addition, also put the ginger, garlic, onion, lemongrass and the rest of the water.

Cooking should be done over medium heat for about 40 minutes.

When cooking is complete, remove the lemongrass stalks. Pass everything to the blender and beat everything very well.

Season as you like and then return all the contents to the pan, in which you must let it boil, and then serve.

Dry belly soup – Beet soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized beets;
  • 50 grams of ricotta;
  • 1/2 diced onion;
  • 150 grams of chicken breast cut into cubes;
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour;
  • 280 ml of skimmed milk;
  • 250 ml of water;
  • 1 cup chopped fresh green smell;
  • 1 dessert spoon of olive oil;
  • kingdom pepper to taste;
  • 1 dessert spoon of olive oil;
  • salt to taste.

Method of preparation

In a pan, sauté the chopped onion with olive oil.

Subsequently, insert the chicken cubes, season with salt and also with pepper.

Mix everything very well and then put the two beetroots and also the water, the green smell, the ricotta, the nutmeg.

Mix everything and let it cook.

Dissolve the oat flour in the milk and add it to the soup.

After turning off the pan (when the beetroot is soft), wait for it to cool down so that you can then put everything in the blender and blend.
